Not copyrighted, but licensed or wholly owned. The Sterling molds are wholly owned by Sterling Sports Cars, LLC. Anyone making a mold off their car for profit would be held accountable. The Cimbria molds are long gone. At this point anyone can make a mold of their Cimbria and sell the parts if so inclined, but I'd imagine that Joe Palumbo still owns the rights to the name "Cimbria" and thus you couldn't sell a full body from a mold under that name. I could be wrong, but you know what I mean. The Sebring molds are in four tractor trailers in Vermont. Those are wholly owned by one person who has no intention of doing anything with them the last I talked with them. They are in poor shape and should either be a) scrapped or b) bought and rebuilt if someone needed parts.
