Keyless remote key fob, 2 functions, raise lower targa top

How exactly does this work? Is it a preset stop point, no sensors or triggers?

I believe those are just momentary buttons. The top will go up as long as you are holding the button.

A relay and remote on Ebay as used by myself for my doors and LED display lights are under $8 and can be set for latching, momentary or toggle. useful if you already have an alarm or don't want one.

about $100 over cost I would say.
