SSC Deluxe Wiper Kit

Morning folks. Just received Dave's Deluxe Wiper Kit and everything appears as expected except no wiring diagram/s and assembly instructions/documentation. I have the Cimbria manuals for locating, drilling, installing the motor/base and can figure out where to install the tank and bulkhead fitting. What I need is the paperwork for assembling/adjusting the arm, prints for wiring up his switch (if I use it), what size fuse, ect... Can someone point me in the right direction while I wait for a reply from David.

Never bought one of his wiper kits but if you post pictures of it and show the wires going to the motor and what colors they are, maybe we can help figure it out for you.

Depending on the motor and the park feature used the motor can have 3-5 wires going to it

Any manufacturer name and number on the motor??

Update

First I would like to once again thank David Aliberti for all he's done for us.

It was necessary for me to research the info I am providing in reference to his current Deluxe Wiper Kit #EL-111 because I needed it...and it's just not provided. His supplier is AM Equipment Windshield Wiper Systems & Durable DC Motors which is where I was able to get the info on the components. The kit as shipped to me included the following:

AMP230-1405 - Motor Assembly (the motor alone is AMP230-1002) 2-SPD, Coast to Park
AMP312-1045 - Reservoir/Pump, 1.5 Liter
AMP311-1022 - Switch
AMP305-1002 - Pantograph Adapter
AMP313-1014 - Bulkhead Fitting
AMP301-3280 - Wiper Arm/s
AMP302-1200 - Wiper Blade Assembly (20")
No Part number (yet) - Harness, appx. 6' long, pre-terminated

Included attachments are Engineering Drawings and my best interpretation block wiring diagram for this specific kit...which is also not provided anywhere.

In reference to Drawing/Kit 310-1107, this is the "not included" harness for the reservoir, but Kit 310-1112 can also be had that only supplies the male side plug and 2 pins (no wire). Was also told many people just use 1/4" insulated female spades and just plug directly into the reservoir "J" side Plug. Power is supplied from the switch to the reservoir and MUST be grounded to chassis.

Was told the supplied wire harness "wire" is likely 16 gauge, but I have not verified this yet.

The Switch is described as having an internal circuit breaker, but I think it would be wise to have 12 VDC source power fused. I have not calculated what size source wire and fuse yet.

A case ground MUST be added to the motor. My supplied harness has a pre-installed black wire to pin "P" with a ring terminal on the other end, This can be utilized with an additional wire on the motor side plug with a 1/4 female spade (AMP317-1001) for the connector and a ring terminal end to attach to the motor case. There is a white/black stripe wire already on the motor for internal case ground, so that point will be used to keep it neat.

Forgot to add, was "told" the mount bolts (also not provided) are 1/4-28 and thread directly into the bracket. Check your's first and measure to determine your specific grip.

CORRECTION to post #9 - It's pin location "S"...not...pin "P". Sorry about that.
