I wonder how they're built. It would be amazing if there were an Upper and Lower section that bolted together in an adjustable fashion. Not necessarily adjustable on the go, but Set the angle, Bolt it together, and Drive.

The Corvette seats are like that.
You could remove the recline mechanism and make it like you described.

If there was a market for it making molds might be considered, it wouldn't be hard to make. Using the Corvette C4 seats as a starting point. And with all the various seat covers available not needing any modifications, the looks will give you lots of options, among other options available for those seats

Tangent topic: did you make molds for your narrowed C4 seat bottoms? If Yes, still have them? 😁 Granted, since all Dropped Pans are built differently, they may not fit my chassis.
Currently my plan is to narrow the bottoms mechanically. Just wondering...

Yes I did make molds and No I no longer have them, But I am seriously thinking of making a newer set of molds that will allow the seat to sit lower, but (again with the but) I plan to bolt the seat in and not use tracks.
Also thinking of eliminating the recline feature since I don't use it like I thought I would and retain the forward back rest feature for easy access to the area behind the seats
