Oil cooler location

I planning on changing out my fan shroud, which means I need to add an external oil cooler.

My question is, Should the cooler be mounted high, or low? Or can I mount it over the air intake for the fan?

Everyone feel free to comment:D

With the sort of pressure in an oil system it wouldn't matter where it goes, within reason. I have my Dynaflo cooler in the rear deck above the gear box ducted from left scoop (right scoop feed the fan area) but that's where most of our cars have their fuel tank, as did I until I stuffed one vertically in the rear bulkhead. Anywhere there is good air flow not too far from the adapter is the answer.
