new mods old headers

Now that I' older the nearly open header sound is for the birds.

I have the old style trumpet headers which had glass packs with no packing

I found some turbo 2 baffle mufflers that are four inches thick nine inches wide and twelve inches long

and here is the marriage of the two.

It sure cut the cabin noise down. Now I can hear all the other annoying rattles*thumbs up*

*thumbs up* Nice. Almost exactly what I did with my old dune buggy with a pair of shorty Flowmasters. Nice solution!

the cool part of it is (pun intended)


They run almost 40 degrees cooler than the straight pipes.
