Link for a engine/motor for sterling

Can someone post a link for a good engine to buy to put in my new sterling that is compatible with the stock trans.

I wouldn't rush out and buy a motor just yet. You have a long way to go before you are putting a motor in it. You don't want to buy a motor and have it sit around for a couple of years before you are ready to use it.

Agreed. Welcome to the site, BTW. I'm Rick, one of the moderators and an associate to the owner of the Sterling company. The forum here has just about all the information you could want to help rebuild your car. Read up on VW's - the Samba is a fantastic resource of all things Volkswagen. As Roger says, get the primary things in line first - chassis, bushings, brakes, etc etc. Engines are the easy part.
