Knock on the door

I just recently bought my Cimbria. It is sitting at my house with a tarp on it, until I get home in a month.

My roomate got a knock on the door tonight. "yes sir i would like to talk to you about your corvette."*very frustrated*

After a short conversation with my roomate, the guy was let down that he didnt find a back yard corvette that someone was going to sell him. My roomate doesnt know much about the Cimbria, so he told the guy to come back in two months when I will be back home and hopefully have the Cimbria on the road.

I dont think I could sale the car since I just got her myself. However everything is for sale for the right price, right?

I have a neighbor across the road who apparently stands at the window and drools whenever I get my Eureka out and take it for a drive. I've talked to his misses (during a blackout, when we both went outside to work out if it was just us or the street), and that's what she told me. I told her to let him know if he ever sees me out in the garage working on the car, our out the front yard, he can feel free to come over and have a look and a chat.

He hasn't done so, maybe he's embarrassed. lol

All my cars are in a garage. When I'm working on one and the door is up, it's easily seen from the street. We live on a corner with a traffic light, so on the weekends, there's usually a line of cars across my drive (it does suck, thanks for asking). More than once someone has either broken ranks or driven around the block to pull into the drive to start asking questions. It's a little unnerving when a pair of high school teenage rice jockeys come roaring in from the other direction just to say 'Hey man - we just had to look!'. Hey man... slow down coming down the drive....*very frustrated*

yeah my garage is at the back of the property, but currently houses my 34 dodge thats in a few pieces.

the roomie is checking city code to see if we can build a gate in the driveway closer to the front of the house, so we can fit more cars behind the gate.
