Page 9 of 28 in the nova manual shows the install of that style of tank. Even the part numbers match(well most of the numbers do)

Although many filler and covering flaps have been used I still find the 'Aero' fits the car well, the 'Monza/Jaguar' tyre is OK but sticks out too far for my liking.

But I am biased. :D

Hey, that's the one I have. Mounts are the same but the filler can be a slight jerk to get connected. Are you looking for pictures or what?

I didn't forget Nic. Hopefully I'll have some time to finish up the filler tube and take some pictures for you this weekend.

Ok, Nic, hopefully this helps. They are all self explanatory with parts from fillernecksupply.com (t-bolts from amazon).

Here you can see where the gas filler is and barely can make out where it connects to the tank just above the pink wire. Ignore the flex hose on top as that's a spare. :)

I do have one of the flex pieces left as I couldn't make it work as a 90* bend. If you do end up going this route it's all yours.

Thanks buddy! That actually helps a lot! I'd be happy to take that extra piece of flex pipe off your hands. PM me your address and I'll send you a shipping label.

EDIT - Looking at the pics, a few questions.

Do you recall which filler neck you used on the body? Was it Part # FNS292 ?
It looks like you attached it from the top?

Nice install, Pog. Be aware that when the car is finally on the road, those side fills are pigs. You really have to take your time with the fuel pump or it'll fill up the hose before it gets to the tank and will spit back through the gas fill. Ask me how I know....

Even simpler It's not a vented cap which is a downside but will work.

Yeah, I remember that being mentioned before. I reduced the angles of the hoses as much as possible but had to sick a 90* in it. I'm sure the inevitable will happen but I will live with that vs. redoing it all.
